Procedures

30 fresh engineering graduates are trained in the company (various locations) in collaboration with Jordan Engineers Union in two batches during a year, each batch consists of (15) engineers for a period of six months, where the trainee is granted (100) dinars from the company in addition to the (50) dinars from the union.

Required Documents

1. 30 fresh engineering graduates are trained in the company (various locations) in collaboration with Jordan Engineers Union in two batches during a year, each batch consists of (15) engineers for a period of six months, where the trainee is granted (100) dinars from the company in addition to the (50) dinars from the union.

2. The training of recently graduated engineers is in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Works and Housing for one year which gives the engineer trainee (120) dinars from the ministry.

- A Letter from Jordan Engineers Union or the Ministry of Public Works and Housing in the name of the engineer trainee.

- Training application

- Personal Image + ID copy

- A certified copy of high school degree.

- A certified copy of the university checklists.

- A certified copy of membership of the Jordan Engineers Association card.

- A copy of military service for males.

- A certified disease-free certificate by the Ministry of Health.

- Certificate of no criminal record.

- Personal accident and work injury insurance policy for the benefit of the engineer trainee to cover the training period at his or her own expense.

3. Training of engineering majors’ students from Arab and foreign universities through the Arab Council or Allaista (IAESTE) for a period of two months during the summer period, which gives the engineer trainee an amount of 160 dinars a month from the company.
